State-run Fake Disneyland Found in Beijing, China

China under the communist regime has been known to be flooded with thousands and thousands of fake and copy-right infringing commodities. Under the education system in China, young citizens hardly learn anything related to the respect of copyright protection. Piracy and Pagarism have been common pratice of individuals, businesses, and the government.

Recently, several Japanese television programs have discovered a fake state-run fake Disneyland in Beijing. Inside the park, there are not only Disney characters, but also Japanese cartoon characters. Investigation shows that the state-own park has never paid any fee to the copyright owners, nor has the park franchised with these original owners.

The disrespect of international copyright and patent right is certainly a true disgrace of China as a World Trade Organization member!
